Access On-Demand Course Data

See who has completed your on-demand courses, when they finished, and the associated credit information — all from the course menu.

For any on-demand course your organization offers on CEU Events, you can see the full list of attendees who have completed it — along with completion dates and their start date and credit information. This gives you a running view of who's earning credit through your on-demand catalog in real time.

Before you begin
  • You need a Provider account with the on-demand course already published on the platform.
  • Completion data appears once attendees have finished the course and completed the quiz.
How to access on-demand course data
  1. Sign in to your CEU Events provider account at www.ceuevents.com.
  2. Click the Courses menu.
  3. Click on the Online Attendees   button next to the course title.

The Online Attendees view opens, displaying the list of attendees who have completed the course, along with start dates and their credit details.

Best practices
  • Review on-demand course data regularly. Building a cadence (monthly or quarterly) helps you catch trends — which courses are performing, which aren't, and where audience interest is concentrated.
  • Use the data to inform your course strategy. High-completion courses may warrant refreshed content or additional related courses; low-completion courses may need better promotion or a revised description.

Troubleshooting

  • The attendee list is empty. Either no attendees have completed the course yet, or the course was published recently. Attendees appear only after completing the course and the quiz.
