Add or Update the Company Logo

Upload or replace your company logo so it appears on your Company Profile Page.

Your company logo appears on your Company Profile Page — the public-facing page where trade professionals browse your courses and request CEU events. Adding or updating your logo helps reinforce your branding and create a professional image for visitors. This article walks you through how to upload a new logo or replace an existing one.

Before you begin

  • You must be logged in with a provider account that has permission to edit your provider profile.
  • Have your logo file ready on your computer in PNG or JPG format.
  • For best display quality, we recommend logos that do not exceed 250px by 250px. i

How to add or update your company logo

  1. Sign in to www.ceuevents.com using your provider account credentials.
  2. In the top right corner, click the initial of your first name.
  3. Click Update Profile.
  4. Click the Logo button.
  5. Click the Update (or Change) button to open the file picker.
  6. Select your logo file from your computer and click Open.
  7. Scroll to the bottom and click the main Update button to save your changes.

What happens next

Once saved:

  • Your logo appears in real time on your Company Profile Page (if enabled — see Enable the Company Profile Page).
  • If you replaced an existing logo, the previous version is no longer displayed.

💡 Tip: A high-resolution PNG or JPG at 250px by 250px size typically gives the best display results.

Troubleshooting

  • The logo upload appears to succeed, but the new logo isn't showing. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. The logo updates in real time, but your browser may be displaying a cached version.
  • The logo appears stretched, blurry, or pixelated. This usually means the source file is too small or in a low-resolution format. Try uploading a higher-resolution version at 250px by 250px size.
  • You see an error when uploading. Confirm the file is in PNG or JPG format. If the upload still fails, contact CEU Events support.
