Event Totals (Instructors)

View a summary of your event activity — number of events, attendees, and credits issued — over a date range you choose.

The Event Totals report gives you a quick overview of your event activity in CEU Events — the number of events you've presented, attendees who participated, and credits issued. Use it to track your activity over time, prepare for end-of-year reviews, or share summary statistics with stakeholders.

How to access the Event Totals report
  1. Sign in to www.ceuevents.com using your instructor account credentials.
  2. Click on the Reports menu.
  3. Select Event Totals.

The report populates with totals for the date range you selected. The report is scoped to your events only.

Understanding the report

The Event Totals report summarizes your activity. Typical metrics include:

  • Number of events — how many events you presented in the period.
  • Total attendees — registered attendees across those events.
Best practices
  • Review periodically. Run the report monthly or quarterly to keep an ongoing pulse on your activity.
  • Use specific date ranges for targeted reporting needs — quarterly reviews, fiscal year reports, conference cycles, etc.
  • Cross-reference with Event Totals by Course to see which courses are driving the bulk of your activity.
