Welcome to CEU Events! Our purpose is helping you educate more and manage less — and as a provider, the platform gives you a central hub for managing your courses, instructors, and the events they deliver. This guide walks you through the key setup steps and points you to the resources you'll use most.

Step 1: Add your courses

Your courses are the foundation of everything else. Start by adding them so you and your instructors can schedule events:

  • Add a Course — Add all your CEU and Professional Knowledge (PK) courses. Once added, you and your instructors can schedule events for any of them.
  • Upload Presentation Files — Upload the cover pages, PowerPoint presentations, and other supporting materials your instructors will use.

Instructors are the people who deliver your courses to attendees. Get them set up:

💡 Tip: Once your Company Profile Page is enabled, create a link or button on your company website pointing to your unique CEU Events URL. This gives you a clear call-to-action for promoting your CE program.

With your courses and instructors in place, the next step is making it easy for trade professionals to find and connect with them.

  • Manage Instructor Territories — Assign geographic territories to your instructors. This puts them on the Request CEU Event locator so trade professionals can find and book them for face-to-face CEUs.
