Write a Review
Share your feedback on a course or event you've attended — help shape future continuing education offerings.
🧑🎓 This article is for attendees.
After attending a CEU event, you can share your feedback by writing a review. Reviews help providers improve their courses and help other attendees decide what to attend. This article walks you through how to submit a review and what happens to the feedback once you've shared it.
Why write a review
Your honest feedback creates real value across the platform:
- Helps other attendees make informed decisions. Reviews are a key signal future attendees use when choosing courses to attend.
- Contributes to the quality of continuing education. Provider teams use feedback to refine course content, presentation style, and delivery format.
- Recognizes great instructors and providers. Positive reviews highlight excellent presentations and help strong providers stand out.
📝 Note: Your review is submitted directly to the CEU provider, not to the instructor. Providers use review feedback to improve their program and may share with their instructors as appropriate.
How to write a review
- Sign in to www.ceuevents.com with your attendee account.
- Locate the event you'd like to review.
- Click the Write a Review button associated with that event.
- Rate the event based on your experience.
- Add any additional comments, suggestions, or feedback.
- Submit your review.
Your review is sent directly to the provider.
Best practices
- Write reviews promptly after the event. Your impression is freshest right after the session — write while details are clear in your mind.
- Be specific and constructive. "The instructor explained complex concepts with clear examples" is more helpful than "good course."
- Be honest about both strengths and improvement areas. Balanced reviews are most useful for providers and other attendees.
- Focus on the content and delivery. Comments on the course content, presentation style, materials, and engagement are the most valuable.
- Mention topics you'd like in future courses. Providers often use this kind of feedback for future planning.
- Stay respectful and professional. Reviews represent your professional voice — treat them with the same care you'd give to any feedback in your industry.
Troubleshooting
- You don't see a Write a Review button on an event. Confirm you were marked as Attended for the event (reviews are typically available for events you've completed). If you were attended but the button is missing, contact CEU Events support.
