Download the Event Data (Providers)
Export attendance and event data from past events as a CSV file for your records, CEU reporting, and compliance purposes.
👤 This article is for providers. Looking for the instructor version? See Download the Event Data (Instructors).
Once an event has taken place, you can download a complete record of the event and its attendees as a CSV file. This data supports CEU reporting and compliance with recognition organizations, attendee record-keeping, follow-up, and audit purposes. As a provider, you have access to event data for all events hosted by your instructors. This feature is included in all plans.
📝 Note: Attendee data is sensitive personal information. Once downloaded, store the file securely and limit access to team members who need it for legitimate reporting, compliance, or record-keeping purposes.
Before you begin
- You must be logged in with a provider account.
- For in-person or webinar events: the event must have already taken place.
- For on-demand or audio courses: at least one attendee must have engaged with the course.
- Have an application that can open CSV files, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers.

Best practices
- Store securely. Use a folder or storage system with appropriate access controls. Attendee data is personal information and should be handled accordingly.
- Limit access. Share downloaded files only with team members who need them for legitimate reporting, compliance, or record-keeping purposes.
- Consider the Attendee Export Tool for cross-event analysis. When you need data across many events at once, the paid Attendee Export Tool is more efficient than downloading events individually.
