🎓 This article is for instructors.
The Event Totals by Course report breaks down your event activity by individual course. Use it to see which courses you're presenting most frequently, which are drawing the largest audiences, and where credit hours are concentrating across your course library. It's the natural companion to Event Totals (Instructors), which gives you the headline numbers — this one shows the per-course breakdown.
How to access the Event Totals by Course report
- Sign in to www.ceuevents.com using your instructor account credentials.
- Click on the Reports menu.
- Select Event Totals by Course.
The report populates with per-course totals for the year you selected. The report is scoped to your events only.
Understanding the report
The report displays one row per course you've presented in the selected year. Typical columns include:
- Course title — the name of the course.
- Number of events — how many times you presented this course in the period.
- Total attendees — registered attendees across those events.
Best practices
- Identify your most-presented courses. Looking at number of events shows which courses you're delivering most frequently.
- Identify your highest-reach courses. Looking at total attendees shows which courses are drawing the largest audiences.
- Spot underused courses. Courses with zero or few events in the period may signal an opportunity to schedule more sessions or retire courses that aren't gaining traction.
