Enable the Company Profile Page

Turn on your public-facing Company Profile Page so visitors can browse your courses, view your public events, and request CEU events directly from your team.

👤 This article is for providers. Only provider accounts can enable and configure the Company Profile Page.

The Company Profile Page is a public-facing page that lets trade professionals browse your course library, view your upcoming public events, and request a CEU event directly from your instructors. Enabling this page gives you a shareable URL you can link to from your own website, marketing campaigns, or social media — making it easier for potential attendees to engage with your CEU program.

Before you begin

  • You must be logged in with a provider account that has permission to edit your provider profile.
  • Have a short company bio ready — this is what visitors will see when they land on your Company Profile Page.
  • Decide where you'll promote the page (your website, marketing emails, etc.) so you're ready to use the URL once it's generated.

How to enable the Company Profile Page

  1. Sign in to www.ceuevents.com using your provider account credentials.
  2. In the top right corner, click the initial of your first name.
  3. Click Update Profile.
  4. Scroll down to the Bio section and enter your company bio. This text will be visible on your Company Profile Page, so write something engaging that trade professionals will see when they visit.
  5. Under Enable profile page, select Yes. A unique URL for your Company Profile Page will appear.
  6. Scroll to the bottom and click Update to save your changes.

What happens next

Once enabled:

  • Your Company Profile Page goes live at the unique URL displayed in your profile.
  • Visitors to that URL will see your company bio, course library and public events.
  • Visitors can request a CEU event directly with your instructors using the Request CEU Event button under the course page — provided you've configured instructor territories. See Manage Instructor Territories and Managing Requests (Providers) for setup details.

Promote your Company Profile Page

Once enabled, you can drive traffic to your Company Profile Page in a few ways:

  • Add a link or button on your own website that directs visitors to your unique Company Profile URL.
  • Include the URL in your marketing campaigns and social media.
  • Use the official CEU Events logo on your Request CEU Event button if you want a branded call-to-action. Download the logo below.

💡 Tip: A Company Profile Page is only as useful as the information behind it. Keep your instructor roster current, make sure territories are configured, and review your course library regularly so visitors always see fresh, accurate options.

Troubleshooting

  • The unique URL isn't appearing after selecting Yes. Make sure you've clicked Update at the bottom of the page to save the change. If the URL still doesn't appear, refresh the page and check again.
  • Your Company Profile Page is live but no instructors are showing under the course pages. Confirm that at least one instructor is Active, has access to the course, and has territories assigned. See Manage Instructor Course Access and Manage Instructor Territories.
  • No courses are showing on your Company Profile Page. Confirm you have at least one Enabled course in your Courses menu. See Add a Course.
  • Visitors can't submit a request through your Company Profile Page. This usually means either no instructors have territories assigned, or no courses are enabled. Check both, then try again. If the issue persists, contact CEU Events support.
